• 50g Porridge Oats (cooked in 150ml Water and 150ml Plant Milk or 300g Plant Milk)
  • 1/2 tsp Maca Powder
  • 1 tsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Agave Necter
  • 2 tsp Cacao Nibs
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Dried Goji Berries
  • Optional – 50-100ml Plant Milk to serve

Cook the porridge oats to your preferred consistency in the water and milk combination or just milk. For our 12 month old, we add 20-30g of oats to the overall pot.

Add the Maca, Cacao, Cinnamon and Agave and mix well.

Top with Cacao Nibs, Pumpkin Seeds, Goji Berries and finish with extra milk if the consistency is too thick.

He has really put a lot of thought into the very best that food has to offer. Well worth the read, a must own for any budding healthy vegan chef.
